MURAT KEMAL BEYKAL
The photographer was born in 1979. His photography journey started during secondary school when his father bought him a LOMO brand camera which amazed him by photographs with great depth of field. He owned several cameras and was always keen on taking photographs, but heavily involved into photography since 2007. His photography knowledge depends on the books and the magazines he read since he did not attend to any course or training about photography.
He graduated from Maritime Management Engineering Department of Istanbul University and completed MSc at Maritime Management Engineering Department, Institute of Science & Technology of Istanbul Technical University. Murat Kemal Beykal is working at the sea freight forwarding division of a logistics company and living in Istanbul. He has no success in any photo contest except his photographs were elected in year 2007 & 2008 for virtual exhibition of Science and Technology Magazine. Altough his mind is occupied by shipping and logistics, the photography has a big place in his heart.
